Healing Yoga Flow Practice

This class begins with gentle movements and breathing exercises to put you in the deepest possible state of relaxation, followed by long periods of time spent reclined on the back, with the use of props, where you are guided through a specific form of Meditation maintaining full consciousness releasing muscular, emotional and mental tension.  

Welcoming ourselves to a delicious deep relaxation.
